Dawn is fully versed with design and production techniques of retail media placing her in an enviable position to advise her clients how best to bridge the gap between insights and in-store implementation of communication messaging and influencing. She works rigorously with store managers to better engage staff and their shoppers and to identify those ever important insight nuggets that truly make a difference in the retail environment.

A true Bridget Jones, Catherine is sociable, fond of a glass of Chardonnay and makes a mean chilli. Now if she was a retail store she’d definitely be a department store – versatile, confirmed quality, everything you need under one roof.

The senior team is complemented by some truly talented retail execs who are regularly out and about on the high street, in the shopping malls, in the local neighbourhoods as well as the thriving metropolis, talking to staff, to shoppers, to the man on the street, monitoring trends, looking for new angles and gauging effectiveness.
